dip in quality noted with a “,” and if they’re on the same level pretty much, with a “/“ (so shut up about axid being put in the “top tier” because they’re still #3 even if you put them in a different row.)

Chi omega was gone for three years and chi omega is pretending an org gone for so long can just bounce back with a bunch of chi o’s on this website. These girls need to chill and we’ll see how spring plays out, but they need to understand ANY org that comes back after so long is always put automatically at the bottom. If you pull yourself out of it is up to you. After one fall recruitment isn’t enough at all.
