chi o can’t be top tier because only like 5 girls in the pc are top tier worthy. the rest are girls who got cut from dg and axo and are dying for an in to relevancy on campus and think they can ride on chi o’s old rep

I saw at least 3 girls I know for a fact went through recruitment and were cut by axid too.
