frat rankings after rush

So I'm reposting this because someone salty probably reported it, but here are my rankings after rush along with what each frat does well and what each frat does badly! For the top 7 frats I've also posted individual reviews in the "fraternity" section that takes a deeper dive into each frat. Hope y'all enjoy!
Top
1. Dchi -> Good: Banging Parties; Bad: They might accidently cut you with a knife
2. Pike -> Good: Still present after being gone; Bad: T-9 cases
3. PSK -> Good: Get good treatment from the school; Bad: their new pledge class
Upper Mid
4. SigEp -> Good: Super present on campus; Bad: Don’t mix with top Sororities
5. AEPI -> Good: Fun, Safe parties; Bad: Think they’re PSK or Pike
6. SigChi -> Good: Don’t do anything that bad; Bad: on Cease and Desist
7. Delt -> Good: Great Brotherhood; Bad: In financial Debt
Lower Mid
8. Sammy -> Good: Seniors; Bad: Everyone since then
9. SAE -> Good: Take great pics; Bad: Half their pledge class is in SigEp
10. Zeta -> Good: First party everyone goes to; Bad: No one goes back
Bottom
11. ZBT -> Good: Their “proud brothers” think they took a good pledge class; Bad: They never actually do
12. Alpha Sig -> Good: They got an actual pledge class this semester!; Bad: They’re Alpha Sig
13. Beta -> Ok I just feel bad for these guys
14. Lambda -> Good: Steal Delt’s party ideas; Bad: LOOOL

basically a pledge told his girlfriend who told the RA about "hazing" -- it really wasn't -- and they were put on cease and desist for the semester I believe

they're ranked pretty high but they took one of the best pledge classes this spring so calm down there sig chi

What happened to Sigma Chi? Full story please. This is personally my favorite frat so I’m sad to hear about it. Really nice guys overall and seem to have a good brotherhood. Does cease and desist mean thy aren’t coming back? And if they are, when??
