So I just looked at the chapter conduct status page and it looks like beta is at risk of being suspended by their nationals? Is that possible?

Beta should definitely be lower and SigEp should be at the first of rung 3. but why is PSK so high don't they have about 10 brothers?

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.
