why are pike and delta chi the best frats?

They throw the best parties and hookup with the hottest girls. Pike is more involved on campus and is more of a stereotypical state school frat. Delta chi is more low-key. You never see them wearing letters around campus. But they still have great parties and sorority relations. That being said these frats would be bottom tear at schools with a big greek life system. This is American no one is that amazing.

they consistently throw the best parties but thats really not that difficult given their competition
