how bad is hazing for au sororities?
by: AnonyI'm a freshman hoping to rush in the spring and I was wondering how bad rushing is at AU sororities. I know it really depends on the sorority but I was hoping for a general idea of what rushing is like.

To add a few more words of context to the above, a few women in a few sororities probably asked their littles (and other new members) to do things that could be considered hazing- if you use a VERY broad definition. But now that ChiO is facing quite serious charges based on the activities of really a handful of sisters, I doubt other sororities will take the risk. AU has a culture of turning others in (witness how our drinking, etc arrests are higher than other campuses- not because there is more activity, but because people are more likely to report it)- and this applies to sororities too.
