Prior to their brush with the law, I would have said that Pike was on equal footing as DChi and PSK. However, because they failed to take a spring class and lost their massive senior class, it will be hard for them to regroup. Despite this, they’re still leaps ahead of most of the other fraternities and still have a strong reputation. If they fail to improve their numbers this coming year, you can expect Pike to fall further.
SigChi and AEPi are about even although it’s obvious that both have fallen from where they were a few years ago. SigChi took other frat rejects and AEPi struggled to recruit. Delt and SigEp also fell but they’ll still likely compete (with SigEp) for the same guys and won’t have to really worry about numbers.

Of the newer fraternities, Beta is rising fastest but could also face a dramatic collapse. Since their founding class, they haven’t done too well with recruitment and they’ve lost nearly all of their founders to graduation. As such, their numbers are about to dry up. Unfortunately for them, few realize just how big of an issue this is and the fraternity is doing little to recruit. ZBT has risen tremendously but that can be attributed more to the collapse of the lower fraternities than their own increase in social standing. Still, they did well with Relay for Life, had the top GPA, and got a pledge class of 11 or so guys. On the negative, their president and treasurer quit in December after an issue with their social chair. The social chair has since been fired. Regardless, they’ve benefited from Alpha Sig and Sammy’s collapse and a general distaste for some of the other “nice guy” frats (SigEp and SigChi).
Zeta Psi is still above Pi Kapp, which does not look like it’s going to recover. Lambda did better than expected this semester and is only slightly behind Alpha Sig. If they keep it up, don’t be surprised to see Lambda move above Alpha Sig, Zete, and Sammy in the coming year. SAE is at the bottom. They didn’t make much of an impact this year and that’s going to cause them hurt next year when Alpha Tau Omega comes and takes the new frat rejects.

Of the 15 fraternities currently on campus, I wouldn’t be totally surprised to see SAE, Alpha Sig, Pi Kapp, and Lambda collapse entirely within the next two years. I think it’s also fair to say that one of the “top” fraternities will fold as well. IFC is really cracking down and I would not be stunned to see PSK, Pike, or AEPi kicked off permanently.
XO and DG are still fighting for the top spot with AXO not too far behind. PSS is only narrowly ahead of Phi Mu. Phi Mu has improved significantly over the past few years while PSS hasn’t done a lot to move up but at the same time, they’ve done little to move down. Similarly, SDT has improved dramatically. No, they’re not top tier but they are good girls with a strong sisterhood and a good presence on campus. At this point, I’d put them about even with SK and maybe slightly ahead simply because they’re more established. SK has done a good job of integrating themselves into the Greek community. I expect them to do well next year. AXiD is still pretty terrible and is only above AEPhi because AEPhi couldn’t possibly sink any lower.
