if you knew anything about recruitment and looked at the stats you'd know this actually isn't true at all. they have super high retention rates throughout all 3 days and its just during pref where its less likely its a girls first choice and drops down to second.

Oh thanks for your input, AEPhi! I hate to break it to you, but handing out snap bids demonstrates low retention rates and a lack of popularity with PNMs.

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at American University - AU 1.8 these girls are so threatened by other chapters on campus it isn't even funny. and what's worse is that just by looking at the girls they have, they have no reason to be, but that insane jealousy leads them to being neurotic not only on this website, but with the way they talk about other girls all the time, at a very high volume, whilst wearing their letters.

Alpha Epsilon Phi - ΑΕΦ Sorority at American University - AU 4.4 These girls are involved in every other chapters phalanthropy events: something no one else can say. They are very into service but also like to go out a lot. They have a reputation for being kinda sloppy at mixers but a lot of fun. They all actually like each other which is incredibly rare.

Sure they tend to only hang out with each other but at least that means they like themselves. Could improve on looks, but mix pretty well with other frats.
