American University - AU 2.5 The lack of chartered houses for fraternities that other schools have is a huge let down. It's disappointing to not have a greek row, tail gates, and having to find houses to rent to sustain fraternity life. Outside of sig ep, the generally small pledge classes cater to the smaller houses in general that frats here have to offer.

American University - AU 3.0 AU is not the typical greek scene. That being said there is a large portion of the school involved with greek life. There are clear tiers with organizations here. Parties are not the best but not the worst. There are no on campus greek houses so parties can be hard to get to. Overall greek life is a big part of the social scene here.
