AEPhi did a great job recruiting last year, and they are moving up the ranks. The girls are nice and seem to be at many panhel events. I think they are definitely higher-middle tier, not bottom tier anymore. They just need to continue to recruit well this year, but their new exec board looks promising.

I'm a big fan of sae's parties, I like the fog gun they have and the DJ. I just wish they had more seltzers and fun drinks instead of just cheap beer

Weird frat with some certified Geeds as brother, its mainly a bunch of socially awkward nerds and the random corny red pilled looks maxxing loser, i've been to a few of there parties last year and they had a terrible atmosphere, rush elsewhere

They have such a mixed bag of girls it's crazy. One girl at a PIKE darty made an embarrassment of herself by talking bad about other chapters. They act like they're a top chapter, but they're NOT. Most girls are nice, you just have to avoid the weirdos. And I hate to say it; they're def not known for their looks!
