In terms of AU this fraternity is pretty solid. The older pc's were real frat guys who made AU interesting and threw some good parties. The last two pledge classes are not going to be able to sustain the reputation other guys built. You have ten really good frat guys in the freshmen class, but they stole them from D Chi and Phi Sig. TBH they need a good fall pledge class, no more randos pike!
