I agree with the poster below me, the older girls were awful (thus, phi moo) but the last pledge classes have been good. Although I wouldn't say top tier but they're good.

Good group of guys, really impressed me on july 4th this summer. Didn't have any interest in SigEp bros until my sister convinced me to chill with them. This frat is def on the rise, and it's clear these guys are going places post grad. Don't party with them to have the time of your life, but party with them to have a fun time and meet your future husband...
