They have a bad reputation because they've earned one... They're awkward at recruitment, desperately try to get girls to rush in the fall because they know they're the only sorority that ever has to do fall rush, and the only frat they mix with is sick of them because they're sloppy at parties.

Although they do have some arseas where they can improve I don't think that its really debatable that Chi O has the strongest sisterhood on campus. Especially spring 13, they all seem like best friends and seems like they're always having so much fun together.
