Phi who? They used to be upper mid tier but their last few pledge classes have been weak. I hope they have a good spring pledge class.

these girls are so underrated. they work hard and play hard. their last 3 pledge classes have been great and they've become careful about who they give bids to. quickly becoming top tier.

They are a great organization. The girls are very involved on campus and very classy. They are not as social as some organizations, but they definitely have organized events.
