AEPi has the largest concentration of douche bags simply because they try to boost their numbers by rushing the worst kind of people. If you're a scumbag that likes being around other scumbags, go for it.

These guys party way too hard to be at American University. Always a good time.

D chi at this school for such a small chapter really punch above their weight. The guys they recruit always seem to be some the realest and most down to earth guys in greek life. Quite different to the other top tier like Pike because they are smaller and aren't as "bro" but that's what makes them who they are. Unique in the sense that most the brothers are different from each other but are still very much "d chi" at the same time. Freshman boys take note.

AEPI took probably the worst pledge class in the history of their chapter last semester after sanctions. But they still garner a lot of attention, especially from freshman. Key word, freshman. Yes they still won't stop constantly hanging out with freshman. The freshman that hang out with them everyday are just so happy that older people give them attention but what they don't realize is that every year its a brand new group of girls before phasing them out for the next group. Ew.

Phi sig are definitely on the rise from previous years. Considering two springs ago they only took two pledges, last years pledge class was a drastic improvement. The foundations of this frat are still strong but at the end of the day they're appeal is still not the strongest. But the new guys are working on that and they seem to be moving away somewhat from the douche bag vibe the older guys give off.

New fraternities always start out low. Took some cool guys in the spring but the majority of this frat are just straight weirdo's. The next two years are defining years for this frat. If they can create some kind of pledge process and throw some solid parties they could start to claw they're way out from the bottom.

Not very ambitious in the last couple years. Occasionally throw a fun party but the boys they've recruited lately aren't cutting it.

Honestly they're seniors are great guys but they're spring class has just proven to be boring as hell. They really aren't fun at all and some of them just come across as pretentious without much of a reason? Delt for now is still a nice place to go to but you're not going to have the time of your life. They're sorority relations are also degrading with the top and the fact they exclusively hang out with phi sig sig says it all. They're pledges also do next to nothing to get in.

Pike has been a top tier frat for a pretty long time, and with their spring pledge class they still are. Despite being big, they're all super tight and definitely take pride in being in "pike". However, they've sacrificed a lot of their old ways and they're parties haven't been as fun as they used to and starting to remind me of grotty AEPI parties with an overflow of lame freshies. Hopefully for the sake of greek life and parties they stop being lame.
