Great guys, just not active on a greek setting

Really secretive fraternity that I barely interact with. However, these guys are awesome. So active on campus in a non-greek way. They are a socially aware and really smart group of guys. Their parties are very open and everyone is welcome which is something I love about them. They're the opposite of greek stereotypes.

second best on campus but that doesn't mean they're great. I feel most at risk at their parties. Guys can be creepy and most of them are washed up football players. Some gems there, though.

Nothing against the guys but they self rank; they should not be ranked first. They only have 4 pledges this year because everyone went kappa sig or phi delt. To me, that speaks volumes. Last year they threw parties but this year, they've become irrelevant. Moreover, this yr they took some great party houses from other fraternities and have done nothing with it. Ruined social scene for everyone.

These girls are alright. The biggest problem with them is that they tend to throw other women under the bus. Not something I approve of considering sororities should be about women encouraging and supporting other women. Pi Phis are notorious for getting other sororities in trouble for their own self-interest. They're middle tier and are always trying to be better than KKG and DNU.
