Greek Life at SDSU is what you make it, if you want to be involved or not it's up to you. The people are generally nice, though there is small rivalries between certain chapters it's more assuming than anything. Greek life will let you grow as a person more than any club could. Though i'v spoken with our greek life director and the ratio between men and women is pretty 50-50. One thing needs to be clarified on this sight; the women have 4 chapters in total Womens chapters: Alpha Xi Delta, Chi Omega, Ceres, Alpha Omicron Epsilon

Greek Life at SDSU is always setting a good example of what students should be like. They are so involved, not only in Greek Life, but in other activities and groups on campus too. Several chapters strive for excellent academics and community service. They hold their members to a higher standard and help them develop in their personal and professional lives. Greeks are always open to be friends with anyone, but joining Greek Life at SDSU was the best decision I have ever made. Chi Omega took me places in life where I never could have been without the love and support of the sorority. I made friends that will last a lifetime, both from Chi Omega and other chapters on campus. Love you all so much!

All of the chapters are good. There are more fraternities than sororities but the sororities have WAY more members.
