They never get involved in Greek Events, or socialize with anyone. They also spoke against the Brookings mask mandate and have been throwing parties all semester.

I know some Chi O girls who are absolutely amazing, but overall there is a lot of cattiness and drama within their chapter. I know quite a few girls who dropped because of the way the other girls were treating them. I will say though that they probably do the most for their philanthropy out of all of the chapters on campus.

When I went through primary recruitment my freshman year, the girls I talked to were basically talking down to me the whole time or they weren't paying any attention to me. It wasn't a welcoming environment. Don't get me wrong. I have friends who are in the chapter and that are great girls, but overall, it's not a good vibe. I also can't get past their "philanthropy" ;. Autism Speaks is a horrible organization and it honestly gives me second-hand embarrassment to watch this sorority blindly support it.

A.O.E. is on the smaller side, but the girls are really genuine and care for each other. They focus a lot on developing professionally and on philanthropy. They promote women empowerment, especially women in STEM. Despite popular belief, you don't have to be a STEM major to be in A.O.E. The SDSU chapter is open to all majors. They volunteer with a lot of STEM outreach programs to stay in touch with their roots. A.O.E. has good relations with many of the fraternities and sororities on campus. In my time at SDSU, I've never heard anyone say one bad thing about A.O.E. These girls are definitely worth taking a chance on!

Great set of guys. Every one of them is super personable, and more interested in getting to know you than anything else. Wholesome boys that work hard and play hard

When you are the best fraternity on campus you do not have to be stuck up like the SAE's or crude like the Pikes. You can be like the D Chis -- friendly, bright, good looking gentlemen.

Pi Kappa Alpha has come a long way since its negative reputation at its founding. Plenty of outstanding and welcoming men who strive to work hard and play hard. The pursuit of excellence in the classroom, in the gym, or at the party is unsurpassed.
