I agree with this, except I don't think Kappa Sig is on campus anymore and SAE has a house...so I feel like that auto makes them top tier

yeah I think SAE and TKE should be top two. Only one with houses. like TKE is on campus apartments, but SAE is in their off campus house.

Both have fun though
