Throw parties that no one wants to go to. Sigma Chi used to have their house last year and actually threw great parties with it. What a waste of that house. Kappa Sigma at UWF will fight tooth and nail to prove how "top tier" they are, when they are honestly the least liked/respected frat here. Their long hair, bad hygiene, dumb boy frat persona is who they are.
