I understand that when recruitment comes around my sorority and ADPi are extremely competitive, but honestly when all that is over this is the sorority we are closest with. They are pretty, nice, and fun. I know on this site it is usually just self ranking from your own sorority and bashing from the other sororities, but this is an honest ranking for once. Although they are our biggest competitor, at the end of the day they are some of out closest friends.

Pro's: These ladies know who they are, they know what kind of members they want and they do the right thing on campus. Cons: They really need to wear their letters more to strengthen their name.

I'm a PNM that's going through as a junior. I've had two years to watch these girls and other ones. Lets just say all houses need work, but AGD and AXO have their stuff together. No sorority is perfect but they can strive to be better. My choices for this recruitment are KD, AXO, or AGD.

One great thing ive noticed about Phi Sigs is that they don't all "match." You can't tell a Phi Sig from her hair color or her looks. You can tell that each girl is accepted for being herself and that's a pretty awesome trait to find in a sorority

Looks like some self ranking going on two posts below! Recruitment is here ladies, we all want to look our best and explain ourselves! I see nothing wrong with it, but why not just say it in the first person and not as an outsider??? It just looks creepy. No one outside of your sisters would know of or take enough time to post all that!

You cannot go wrong with this group of ladies, fun, social, involved and diverse. Keeping it classy and showing what sisterhood can be! They are a sorority on campus that could be top tier! Your time is coming ladies, IF you focus on making it happen!
