They are a great bunch of guys and throw quite a few parties but are a poor excuse for a fraternity. They have the same homecoming float every year and are rarely active on campus or in the community.

One of the first fraternities I went to. They were very friendly to me but some members in their house treated a friend of mine poorly. Hit and miss like most of the houses on campus, but they do throw some good parties!

I've met a lot of good guys from farmhouse but the best thing about their fraternity is the new house.
