As long as you're a undergrad you can rush. Just don't rush pike. They're weird.

nah they really don't care. As long as they like you you will get a bid. Age doesn't really matter

You'll need to define competitive. Like the fraternities are very competitive with each other but it's not like something you would find at UGA. All I can say is you won't regret it
