The whole “sisterhood” is based off numbers and mantaining quota. Once they get you through initiation they don’t care about you and could careless if you want to disaffiliate. The executive board is a popularity contest and if you’re not best friends with the individuals who are running for exec then you won’t get selected by Slate. It’s not worth it, you’ll just be wasting $45 a month on a sisterhood that only sees you as a number that’s needed to make quota. However, if you are able to get into the in circle then you’ll be one of the fortunate ones to actually be part of the sisterhood.

They are very outgoing and personable. Not stuck up or clicky. They know how to have a good time but in a classy way. These girls stick together no matter what.

Honestly DZ has stepped it up recently. I always see them on campus. They seem to be getting more and more involved. They kill it at Shakedown and Alpha Gam jam every year. Last two PCs have been good!

By: Why I don’t like Greek lifePosted:
Look, I understand the benefits of Greek life, and as someone who considers myself a Christian, this particular sorority has always broke my heart. I’ve seen so many girls go through recruitment and think that they have to be a Phi Mu in order to continue their relationship with Christ in college, and that’s just not the case. Frankly, you shouldn’t let the sorority you choose affect your relationship with Christ, and God should not be used as a recruiting tool in ANY Greek organization. Our campus does not have a “Christian sorority” and each sorority on our campus has it’s great, amazing, strong, God-fearing women, and they also each all have girls that lack strong faiths, and that’s okay! It’s supposed to be shot meeting people and your mission as a Christian shouldn’t be to run to the comfort of girls that claim they are “just like you” by sharing their testimonies. These girls are beautiful and so sweet, but I hate that young freshman feel hurt when they aren’t “invited back.” I am in an independent involved in a Christian organization on campus, and I think it’s importsnt that everyone knows that Phi Mu IS NOT the only sorority on campus with Christian leaders.
