Are the fraternity houses on the row nice? Which house is the best?

They are as nice as messy boys can be. From being in all of them, I would have to say Delta Chi's house is the nicest. Their parties are not so sloppy, and their house is just the cleanest.

I think Pikes are the nicest. Their house is not on Greek row but I think they are among the oldest fraternities on campus. House is nice, people are super friendly and I feel welcoming everytime they have a party
