Could definitely work on the people they bring in. It seems like anyone can get in, quite honestly. Keep your members, don't make them quit.

These girls always seem happy to be around one another. Never heard them speak poorly about each other and always involved on campus

Very involved but purely out of competitive spirit. These girls can be seen talking about one another all year except when recruitment rolls around. They take a pledge class based purely around looks and incorporate very little into their sisterhood. And yet they seem so surprised when half of their girls quit.

Beautiful ladies! Fun, positive, involved, and a good presence on campus all around!

I would love to date one of these girls. They have very beautiful ladies with high class and very goal oriented. My favorite sorority of campus!

They are fun to party with. I would never take one home to meet my parents though.

Best group of men I've ever met! definitely the most sincere guys on campus. Very funny and fun to be around. They have many weekly events going on that does not involve a lot of drinking just having a genuine good time. However, don't get me wrong the know how to throw some raging parties!

Worst sorority on campus in every aspect. They all talk really negatively about each other. Terrible Panhellenic spirit since they are all bitter. Never do anything on campus. Couldn't get any worse.

As a sorority woman at UAH, I have seen the ATOs accomplish so much on campus and in their community. They have successful philanthropies and are always willing to lend a helping hand. They maintain superior grades and have won the President's Cup consecutively for many years now. ATO has some of the best looking men on campus too, which is a plus. On top of that, I can tell that there is a strong sense of commitment and brotherhood between these men. All in all, AWESOME fraternity!
