The Alpha Sigs that are active are some decent dudes but almost a third of their chapter is inactive. They were also on TFM's fail Friday so take that as you will.

UNCA isn't a very traditional school but this is the most traditional fraternity. Their the oldest and have the most prominent alumni. If you're looking for a normal Greek life experience then UNCA isn't your place. Campus took their annual Halloween party that normally had a couple hundred people. Campus has also made everything dry INCLUDING HOMECOMING.

The fact that they try and give bids year round is a joke, you don't even need to go to a rush event to get a bid. Google Alpha Sigma Phi and see they're the quickest expanding as far as charters go but their membership doesn't.

I've never met a bad guy from alpha sig, they're incredibly involved on campus and also very attractive ;)
