sorority reputations

Zeta has a really good rep. They're number one raising in terms of philanthropy and terpthon. The two really aren't that similar in terms of girls though but you'll notice that difference during rush. Dg has a bigger house though

I'd go with ZTA. They raised the most for Terp Thon this year and really go hard for their philanthropy. It's hard to judge/compare sisterhoods because every sorority thinks they have the best sisterhood. Both sororities have down-to-earth and diverse girls. And not that you care about tiers, but ZTA is slightly higher than DG.

Obviously you should go with where you think you fit in. But I have friends who went into both DG and Zeta. It honestly depends where you think you would fit. Zeta tends to have more of a cute girl rep while DG has more of a funny girl kind of down to earth vibe. Personally I went through the last round at zeta and even though I didn't put it down as my top choice I did really like the girls and I haven't met a single girl who has gone with them and complained that there are cliques or tension between the girls. They honestly have a great sisterhood. I say go zeta but thats just one girls advice.

Lol this reeks of zeta trolling - post a thread comparing themselves to another sorority and then make every comment about how zeta is better. Since when are you threatened by DG, Zeta? I guess its becoming more and more obvious that their pc's are getting better each year while yours are getting worse.

Both sororities have great girls, great sisterhood, and great involvement. Don't take anything anyone says on here seriously. Go through recruitment, meet the girls and make the call yourself.

As a guy in a fraternity that mixes with both, here's my take...

Zeta is arguably hotter, more girl next door pretty and solid across the board, however they are boring af when it comes to socials. If they do decide to show they don't socialize with anyone outside their little friend group. I have a couple friends in zeta and I love seeing them at socials, but other than that, I wouldnt be upset if we cancelled stuff with them.

DG is much more of a mixed bag, mostly average/below average looking girls, but also some serious hidden gems. They go a lot harder at socials (we actually plan to buy more alcohol for our socials with DG), they aren't afraid to have fun. Socials are much more fun than pregames with them though, they are a little awkward around guys when they aren't that drunk.

Overall - I'd rather social with DG, but hook up with a Zeta. Take that as you will.
