So Pikapp is technically first on the list but ZBT gets to leap them cause Pikapp isn't chartered. Apparently there's a loophole where the University can offer the house to any unhoused sorority before they offer it to ZBT, so Gamma Phi could potentially swipe it but i don't realistically see UMD offering it to a two week old sorority over a group of guys who've worked pretty hard the last 3 years to get guys and finally just got chartered.

probably be ZBT. They are technically first in line because they had a house before they got kicked off. Pi Kapp is not chartered TEP has MEOR house and DTD could jump in, but currently are having problems with the media. Phi Psi surprisingly have 60 brothers and could also jump in as well. SAE has like 40 brothers and will probably be hard for them to get the house, but if Beta can do it then why not SAE. Lets see what happens if Sig Ep gets kicked off.
