is it better to go through fall or spring recruitm

I'm not super familiar with the chapters but I want to join one as soon as I can when I come to maryland in the fall as a transfer. Should I wait a semester or jump right in? When would I be more likely to get a bid?

I'm going to guess youre thinking about joining a fraternity. In that case your likelihood of getting a bid really wont change that much from fall to spring

I would say fall as a transfer because you won't be competing with the hundred of freshman guys planning on rushing and pledging in spring - coming from experience
