ADPi will never, NEVER lose their house. If worse comes to worse, they will be like AXID and RENT out the house, Alpha Delta Pi owns a valuable piece of property in CP and would never sell it. Kappa Kappa Gamma sold their house to Kappa Alpha Theta and that was the WORST mistake they ever made. No sorority is going to repeat that mistake. These houses are worth millions! Unlike houses owned by the UMD or the $hit hole frat houses. Houses like KD, TryDelt, ADPI, AXID and Theta are independently owned and are valuable real estate. They don't have the same restrictions as UMD owned housing and they have very strong alums and National support.

You are right, you dont just wake up and decide to build a multi million dollar house but trust, that is NOT the case. When colleges open up to invite a new sorority, the sorority nationals do a LOT of work researching the school to determine what will be needed if they are to be successful and if they have the means to commit to that. At UMD, you have to have a house. Gamma Phi knew this before they even presented here. They have always known they needed housing and have been planning for it since they were announced as the chosen sorority.
