gphib chapter house

Will gphib realistically have a chapter house within the next couple of years? I'm interested in them but don't think I would join a chapter without a house honestly

Unless they build a new house I don't see them getting one soon. It's unfortunate because I think it will definitely effect their recruitment too

I thought during their presentation GPhiB National stated they were going to build a house 2 years after their colonization. Did that change?

There is an empty lot on the Graham Cracker. Don't be surprised if construction starts there. A brand new house would be an awesome attraction. Think of all the new technology and amenities it would have!

they came and talked to my sorority, they are in the process of looking for either a house that they can renovate into a chapter house or empty land to build one. They said they would know for sure in early march, so it looks like they could have one by next spring, or even next fall

That is so wrong. ADPi just spent millions renevating their house like four or five years ago. No way they are losing their house.

That same ADPi rumor again because that's the only thing people have to say. ADPi isn't getting kicked out of their house. They just did some more redecorating. GPhi will likely go to the empty lot on the Graham Cracker.
