what determines a good pc

it seems like tri delt has the consensus best pc
do people just care about how many blondes they have?
because kd and alpha phi look pretty good too same with theta theyre just not as blonde as tri delt

Blondes aren't the key to a good recruitment that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Just because you're blonde doesn't make you attractive or hot.

lol yes i know that being blonde doesnt make u attractive, a lot of the girls in tri delts pc arent good looking but it seems like because their mostly blonde theyre seen as the best
