Why is DG $7000 and Zeta $9000 when Deph is $4800?

where are these numbers from??
zeta is $1200
deeph is $950
DG is $1300

these prices come from usually how much money they have left to pay for there house

Yeah I'm also confused why some sororities are so expensive and others aren't. If you add up semester costs across your whole time in the sorority the above numbers are right. How is this?

some depends if the house is paid for and such, some sororities have apparel in there etc.
axid dues are very expensive because they will pay guys to social with them

yeah it depends, some houses they have more to pay off, some have meals included in their dues, others have apparel, etc. What people don't often tell you is that sororities usually have at least one scholarship to give to a new member who needs help financially!

Every chapter breaks down their dues differently. In my sorority, we pay more but we get meals at the house and apparel.

Interesting U think asking questions about $$ before u commit to paying thousands = cant pay. Its an question about ROI.

Rush is like shark tank. Houses = investors. U gotta figure out which house is making u the best offer so u know which deal to take.

How they spend $$$ is part of that. And so is whose team u wanna be on.

And getting meals at the house could be a deal maker. Dining at umd sucks.

Also remember a lot of the times if you live in house, room and board + dues is cheaper than just room and board on campus. so depending on how long you live in you might actually save money

it usually all depends on the chapter house. like tridelt and axid are pretty expensive cause of their chapter houses they have to pay off
