But most people got back like 7 houses and I only got 1, only after the first round of cuts. Won't I likely not get a bid at all? Because they still have so many cuts to make.

If you don't like dg, it's ok to drop! Don't force yourself to like a house. Some, not all, sororities do informal rush if you want to wait a week or so. There's also GPhiB

Some sororities do mid semester rush if they didn't meet quota. Most do not not, but some do. I'm not sure of the dates, but just try to keep tabs on sororitys' instas and Facebook pages after formal recruitment
