rushing as a sophomore transfer?

I'm gonna be rushing a sorority this year as a transfer. I don't know many people in greek life besides a few girls from high school. My GPA was a 3.3 at my last school.
Do i still have any real chance of getting into decent sororities since i don't know anyone plus im a sophomore?
