Hey all, coming from OOS, and wondering what Delt is like here?

They tried recolonizing but got taken over by an off campus frat... Now they're just a weird awkward mix of off campus kids and goobers who signed up for the frat at a table. That being said IFC knows this and will never let them officially back on campus, they'll stay a colony forever.

While they were here, they were the oozing pus sore on the buttocks of IFC. UMD admin and the IFC are thrilled they are gone. APHI and KD, not so much. :-(
