Really depends if you're hot or not. If you're not hot it's pretty much impossible to get into alpha phi, kd, or theta

the one that you're the least similar too

alpha phi and kd are the hardest two to get into, they go most off looks
tri delt, easier and goes based of looks
theta, looks two but they do have some not hot girls so they also do grades and personalities
aoii, if you come across as a sweet girl and strong gpa
axo, pretty random, they don't seem to go off looks more personality
axid, so mixed that it can't seem to be looks
deeph, don't judge based of looks more personality but need to be a chill girl
zeta: need to look like your from the south or a plain jane girl
phi sig and aephi: gotta look like a jap

the other sororities girls join because they got dropped from the above ones so its really a mix

Statistically Theta has the strongest return rates and is the hardest to get in to

The reality is that most girls who end up in a "top sorority" were wanted by other "top sororities" because they more or less compete for the same exact girls. It's likely if you were dropped by one you were also dropped by the others so it's dumb to say one is harder to get into than the other. The hardest sororities to get into are equally: KD, Theta, Alpha Phi and Tridelt.

the for hardest are KD, alpha phi, theta and tri Delt. the two hardest in my opinion are KD and theta because not only do they have looks but also have grades. you can see for yourself by googling UMD sorority grades. tridelt and alpha phi have horrible gpas compared to the rest of Greek life. so they are easier to get a bid from if you have bad grades

phi sig/aephi are fairly hard to get bids too if you're not exactly what they're looking for. if you don't know anyone before rush it's near impossible to get into those houses. not sure you'd want to be in one of them anyway tho if that was the case
