do sororities already have a good idea of who they want in their newest pledge classes? like are they already looking at girls' social media pages, etc?

Depends on the sorority- they wouldn't be looking at your pages more who you know

Sororities start looking at social media pages as soon as people start signing up for recruitment. It definitely helps to know people but not crucial
