Do you have to go through formal recruitment in the spring to join gamma phi beta?

Not necessarily, but you'll get a lot of info about gamma phi beta during the first round of spring recruitment if you decide to rush.

They're holding formal recruitment in the spring in February. Dates and times are posted online on their international site I believe.

They'll be there for the first round of recruitment (House & Values) to give PNM's all their info. After that they won't be in anymore round of recruitment, but will hold their own process after formal recruitment is over for people who didn't rush/ didn't get a house etc. They don't have a house, so you'll probably be going inside ritchie or something and they'll have tables set up explaining how it'll work.
