1. FIJI - Undisputed top house. While others debate who should be next to them on this tier, theres never a question that they are at the top.

2. KA, TKE, Phi Delt - Still top tier and social with the best sororities, theres just more debate over these guys.

3. AEPi, TEP, Sig Chi, ATO - Lower top/upper mid. Still social with most of the good sororities but the difference is that its way easier to get a bid at these frats than the ones listed above

4. Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, Zeta Psi - Heart of the middle tier. social with some good sororities but mostly middle tier ones.

5. Everybody else

Only relatively cool kids are the old pike kids ten again they are weird- why else would they have done an off campus frat before DTD. And the rest of the kids are odd af
