They seem random. Pool house is basically useless anytime soon because of the city. Arcade is a random inclusion because it's a pretty decent day drink house and that's it. No mention of new/old p, jailhouse, etc. Vous isn't a lot better than any other house. I'm not even a hater I just really don't see the logic.

Elrow is probably the biggest backyard in CP but also highly overrated... You literally need at least 4 frats at a minimum to make it seemed filled.
