I'm transferring in the spring to UMD and was wondering how sororities feel about sophomores rushing? I know at some schools they don't really take as many sophomores and really only are looking for freshman.

Hi! The sororities don't mind sophomores at all! I know many girls in all of the chapters and all of the pledge classes are a mix of sophomores and freshman

Yes, join a sorority and go through rush. Sophomores are accepted at all the sororities as long as you have the grades. 3.0 or better is preferred.
