how will recruitment for gamma phi beta work in the spring? will they be a part of the formal spring recruitment, or have a separate recruitment?

They're going to have a house and values party for promotional purposes then drop from formal recruitment. After recruitment is over and all snap bids are given out they will start recruiting their first pledge class.

poster above has it right, but if you're curious about how they will go about recruiting their first pledge class, you can google "sorority colonization" for more info. they're not going to be taking everyone, there's still gonna be different rounds where they narrow down the girls they want, although the process is different than formal recruitment. it's a bit complicated so do some research if you wanna be prepared!!
