Switch "AEPi, TEP" with "ATO, Sig Chi", move DU and DTD down, and bump ZBT up next to PSK

ZBT at least does stuff with other sororities and are much newer and getting better than the others in their tier. You don't even hear anything about Beta, Theta chi, Phi psi, adphi, chi phi except for some of them having a house.
