lower tiers

So from what I've seen, lower ranked fraternities include DU, Beta, Delta Sig, PSK, Phi Tau, ZBT, Alpha Sig, SAE, Theta Chi, Chi Phi, Phi Psi, and ADPhi.

Is there a distinction among them or are they all one big bottom tier?

Lambda, Sig Ep, Phi Tau, Delta Sig, DTD
DU, Alpha Sig, SAE, Theta Chi, ZBT
