They definitely don't social as "low" as zeta scheduling with those has beens is impossible.

It's not that they're falling because they don't social with good sororities (they still do), but more because their pledge classes have been consistently sub par and because of that they've basically been living off their rep. A few years back they were a top frat and now the only reason they aren't equal with kappa sig (for example) is because of their rep lagging reality.
