frats/sororitys generally mix within their tier, so basically:
KD/Theta/Alpha Phi with KA/FIJI/TKE
Tridelt/AOPi with Phi Delt/Sig Chi
AChiO/AXiD with ATO/Sig Nu
Phi Sig/AEPhi with TEP/AEPi
DG/ZTA with Kappa Sig/Zeta Psi/Lambda/Sig Ep
Sig Kap/SDT with everyone else, especially ZBT
ADPi rarely mixes
obviously there are exceptions but this is generally how it goes

Honestly this is incredibly inaccurate except for the very top. This whole question is pretty stupid honestly pairs don't exist in maryland greek life.
