I went on pha's website and it said that ADPi, Kappa Alpha Theta, AXiD, and AOPi are all doing fall rush, is this true?

While all of the above chapters are doing fall rush, not all of them have open events. Some chapter's fall rush consists only of invite-only events, so you have to check with the individual chapters at Meet the Greeks. ADPi has by far the most open-events.
