rushing sorority as a sophomore

I did formal rush last year but my grades weren't too good and I just didn't think I fit in with the ones that I got so I ended up dropping. I really want to join one though, and I raised my grades a lot and I'm planning to rush in the spring again this year. Do I still have a chance of getting a bid even though I rushed last year?

I'm in a similar situation, I really tried to trust the system, walked into pref round and only had two sororities that I absolutely knew I wouldn't fit in with, so I dropped

you 100% have a good shot at still getting a bid. a ton of sophomores join sororities every year in every sorority including all the top houses. just be honest when they ask if you have rushed before (because they can definitely find out if you have) and just say your GPA was lower but its increased. no one will care what it was before as long as its good now. dont stress!
